We are undergoing an overhaul of the internet department which has us looking for several talented individuals to join our growing team. Our internet director is looking for team oriented individuals who are self starters and detail oriented. This role requires attention to detail and a working knowledge of the CRM software. This role is an excellent opportunity for top performers to grow their career and gain experience that will translate well to F&I and Desk Manager roles.

If you've worked in internet sales for a dealership this is an excellent opportunity for you! Must have 2 years of dealership sales experience.

*Receive Leads directly to your CRM daily.

*Full CRM Access

*Elevated Sales Position with direct BDC backup

*Only daily responsibility is to provide a high level of sales and service to our on-line customers.

*Not expected to stand out front for up traffic, just work your leads and handle your appointments when they come in.

Body Shop Assistant

Position Overview:
Kevin Whitaker Collision Center is in search of a Body Shop Assistant. This associate must be hardworking, reliable, and a self starter. This candidate will be primarily responsible for the detailing of repaired vehicles, along with the overall cleanliness of areas in the facility to ensure a positive and clean customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Detailing and washing of repaired vehicles

2. Transporting of vehicles

3. Replenish supplies

4. Keep areas clean

5. Assist employees as needed

6. Any other job related duties assigned by management

Automotive Parts Consultant

Selling customers parts on the phone, in store, or through the shop.

Duties

-Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

-Answers phone calls , providing information and price quotes

- Assist technicians on service counter

- Process incoming and outgoing parts orders

- Pull and fill parts stock orders

- Correctly identify parts and part numbers

-Ability to keep orderly records of all repair orders , invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. ( ex: shipping)

- Issue credits for parts returns, insuring that the original invoice or its number is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified

- Experience with CDK is preferred

- Experience with GM Catalog is preferred

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

We would love to talk to you about working for us! We are looking for a body repair technician that is able repair vehicle bodies and straighten vehicle frames that can start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thoroughly examine the vehicle damages
• Return the vehicle back to factory specifications
• Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body
• Can properly fill depressions with body filler and insure a quality repair
• Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch
• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment
• Straighten bent automobile frames using frame wrack
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
• Aim headlights
• Replace bolts on panels and align properly
• Make cosmetic repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications
• Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job
